Our
MARCUZZI'S grinders range is focused in
different uses: establishments with low
consume of coffee, varieties Decaffeinated,
origins, etc.
We are offering two options to dispenser the
coffee: the traditional dosimeter and the
nozzle system. Which one is the best?. It
will depend on the establishment.
In places with high consume, the grinder
with dosimeter will be the better solution.
The rotation and consume of doses permit
that the coffee doesn't stay too much time
without being used.
But, what
happens in places with low consume?. In this
cases, as in the decaffeinated service and
cases of places which chose the concept of
"Coffee Shops", "Gourmet". Offering
different origins, the grinder with nozzle
will be the optimum option.
It's already known by everyone that the
intrinsic qualities of the coffee are better
preserved in beans.
The previous grinding deprive us of one of
the most amazing characteristics of the
coffee: its aroma.
