This
elegant design is one of the main features of this model, plus its
sturdy die-cast aluminum interior structure and its outstanding
reliability. There are three different Domus models available:
Classic, Tronic, and Dosatron. They satisfy the most sophisticated
requirements for "espresso coffee" and "cappuccino", two of the
products which perhaps best reflect Italy's image in the food and
beverage field all over the world
The Domus Dosatron has the same basic functions as the Tronic, but with more sophisticated electronic features to satisfy the most exacting requirements. An adjustable dosing system pre-sets the quantity of coffee required for 1 or 2, and subsequently shuts off the coffee supply once it is delivered. In this way it is not necessary to control the level of coffee in the cup during delivery. Steam delivery is particularly dry to avoid diluting the liquid while heating, and the electronically controlled temperature and automatic water supply in the boiler make it possible to heat one litre of milk to the boiling point. |
