There are three different Domus models available: Classic, Tronic, and Dosatron. They satisfy the most sophisticated requirements for "espresso coffee" and "cappuccino", two of the products which perhaps best reflect Italy's image in the food and beverage field all over the world

The cold water tank is easily removable and features a built-in rechargeable water softener which retains scale thus avoiding its build up. In this way, purified water which enhances the flavor of the coffee, is guaranteed. The cup support grid is simple and functional, designed to avoid the use of cold cups when
preparing espresso coffee.

The La Cimbali Domus Classic is an electromechanical operated machine with push-button controls. Each operating
cycle delivers 1 or 2 cups of very strong espresso coffee or weak traditional black coffee (up to 130 cc); steam for heating to boiling point more than half a litre of milk; up to 500 cc of hot water at a temperature of 80C for tea and other brews. The La Cimbali Domus Tronic has the same functional features as the Classic, but they are electronically controlled. A warning light flashes when the water tank is in reserve. The machine has touch pad controls which work with light finger pressure.
