BOILERS:
  Two Boilers One high capacity boiler is for brewing and the other is dedicated to milk steaming. Regardless of volume a two-boiler machine insures accurately controlled brewing temperature for every drink. More than ample steam is always available.
  Stainless Steel Stainless steel is high quality, expensive material that conducts heat well. Boiler won't change shape, corrode, or flake. Less prone to scale build-up.
  Steam Boiler Ball Valve Cuts off flow of steam to one wand at a time. Eliminates down-time by enabling repair on one side of machine while other wand is perfectly operational.
SATURATED GROUPS Patented large, heavy, hollow groups mounted on top of brewing boiler enabling one continuous mass of water to extend up from boiler and into groups. A thermostatically controlled brewing temperature and insurance of temperature stability in high volume use
STEAM WAND:
  Quick Open &   Close (Spring-Loaded) Mechanical steam valve activates a spring that pushes the valve away rather than holding it open when steam knob is turned. Gaskets won't wear out even when steam knob is heavily tightened & turned thousands of times a day! Reduces physical strain from repetitive motion affecting barista comfort.
  Stainless Steel Stainless steel doesn't break, bend, corrode or flake. Designed to last as long as the machine itself. Long-term durability saves money.
  Omni-directional Fully articulated to accommodate individual barista's working method. More sales and profits are generated from baristas who can work efficiently.
  Anti-Siphon Valve Prevents milk from being sucked into boiler when a vacuum occurs in steam wand. Milk in the boiler is unsavory, foul smelling and expensive as boilers must be removed and thoroughly cleaned.
AUTOMATIC WATER FILL SIGHT GLASS Boiler water is automatically kept at optimal volume through regular influx of water into boiler. Water level can be viewed through sight glass. Two safety devices to prevent the very costly problem of a boiler running dry. Auto fill also keeps recovery time down so coffee can be served steadily and efficiently.
AUTO DOSING SYSTEM A microprocessor driven programmable dosing system insures consistency in brewing shots. Customer loyalty is developed when they can count on the same excellent quality always.
