NEW MARCUZZI ESPRESSO MACHINE WARRANTY
SIX MONTH LIMITED REPLACEMENT PARTS WARRANTY
ESPRESSO RMI, INC. warrants to the original Purchaser/User (Warrantee) of the espresso machine to be free from defects in factory materials and workmanship. For the period of six months from the date of purchase of the espresso machine, ESPRESSO RMI, INC. agrees to supply at its option, similar part or parts, for any part of parts which will prove upon examination by ESPRESSO RMI, INC. to be defective in materials or workmanship. Computer components, electronic components, glass components, plastic components, or rubber components are not covered under this warranty, unless, under the sole discretion of ESPRESSO RMI, INC., has found this part to be defective. All claimed defective parts must be returned freight pre-paid to Espresso RMI, Inc. for inspection.
GENERAL CONDITION AND EXCEPTIONS
This warranty will apply only when this unit is installed in accordance with local plumbing, building and electrical codes, ordinances and regulations, the printed instructions provided with it and good industry practices. This warranty will only apply when the unit is operated: (1) at temperatures and pressures not exceeding the maximum setting of its pressure-stat; (2) filled with soft water and the tank free of damaging scale deposits; (3) in a non-corrosive and non-contaminated atmosphere; and (4) in the United States, its territories or possessions. Any accident to the unit, any misuse or abuse, including operation of a dry boiler, or alteration of it, any operation of it in a modified form or any attempt of repair by any non-authorized service agent will void this Warranty. ESPRESSO RMI, INC. may terminate this Warranty in the event that the espresso machine is modified, damaged, altered or serviced by personnel other than those specifically authorized by ESPRESSO RMI, INC., or if parts, accessories, or components not authorized by ESPRESSO RMI, INC., or not genuine ESPRESSO RMI, INC. approved parts are fitted to the espresso machine. This Warranty will not cover any labor and/or service whatsoever to repair the espresso machine. The replacement of damaged parts under this limited parts warranty or damages to the espresso machine will not be covered arising from the Warrantee’s failure to properly clean and sanitize the milk frother unit and/or steam wand, and the cleaning of the coffee brewing system with a chemical cleaning tablet and/or powder. The grinders and coffee delivery systems of the espresso machine are specifically calibrated, the use of the inconsistent quality of coffee beans, by the Warrantee, will require a readjustment of the grinders and coffee delivery system.
NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED HAS BEEN OR WILL BE MADE ON BEHALF OF THE WARRANTOR WITH RESPECT TO THE UNIT OR INSTALLATION, OPERATION, REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE UNIT. IN NO EVENT WILL WARRANTOR BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PRODUCT GOODS OR FIXTURES, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF PROFITS OR INCOME OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCONVENIENCES, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON PROPERTY OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. THE WARRANTOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE BY THE VIRTUE OF THE WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE FOR DAMAGE TO ANY PERSONS OR PROPERTY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT AND WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT. ALL WARRANTIES WILL BE DEEMED NULL AND VOID DUE TO NEGLIGENCE DETERMINED BY A QUALIFIED ESPRESSO RMI, INC. TECHNICIAN.
NOTICE: THE ATTACHED WARRANTY REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE RETURNED TO ESPRESSO RMI INC., AT 750 South Central RICHARDSON TEXAS 75080 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INSTALLATION IN ORDER TO VALIDATE THE MARCUZZI ESPRESSO MACHINE WARRANTY.

RETURN POLICY
Returns will only be accepted within the first 10 days of date of the original customers purchase and only with a prior Return Authorization Number, a 25% restocking charge will apply on all approved returns. Electronic parts and Espresso Machine and/or component sales are final with No Returns Allowed. Unless other wise indicated and/or Manufactory’s Warranty, Espresso Machines will have a six months Limited Replacement Parts Warranty only from date of customers purchase.
