I just wanted to say thanks for the exceptional customer service! You have gone over and beyond to help me out. From the 1st time I contacted RMI about my repair you have been so helpful. I truly appreciate you taking the time to answers ALL my questions about the different Espresso machines. Thank you for helping me pick out the Saeco Magic. I really do appreciate all the time you took telling me about the other machines that you have to offer. Thank you so so much for the no hassle return.
