RETURN POLICY
All returns
will only be accepted within the first 10 days of date
of the customers original purchase date. All returns
must have a clearly marked Return Authorization Number
(RA#) marked on the box. The RA# must be approved and
issued by Espresso RMI Inc. No returns will be
accepted for any goods that have been used in any
manner by the customer and all returned goods must be
returned in the original box/ packing materials. Upon
final inspection of returned goods (with issued a RA#)
a final approval will be determined for the customers
refund. All approved returns and refunds will be
issued by Espresso RMI Inc. The refund will be for the
purchase price less a 25% restocking charge.
Electronic component parts and all espresso machine
sales are final with No Returns Allowed Whatsoever.
WARRANTY
POLICY
The very best prices are provided to our customers,
therefore all espresso machine warranty's are limited
only the Manufactory's direct warranty coverage's. The
purchaser and/or customer shall look solely and
directly to manufacture as to the responsibility for
any warranty service and/or guarantees on any espresso
machine purchased from Espresso RMI Inc. and/or
purchased via the internet site
www.ifyoulovecoffee.com.
. The warranty conditions stated herein applies to all
espresso machines purchased from Espresso RMI Inc.
(RMI) via any orders placed by telephone directly or
placed on the internet web site of
www.ifyoulovecoffee.com. In addition, should any lack
of warranty service be provided for any espresso
machines purchased from RMI by the manufactory,
Espresso RMI Inc. will provide a back up Warranty on
all Espresso Machines providing a 30 day's Limited
Replacement Parts Warranty only, excluding any
electronics and water scale damages from
original date of customers purchase (only if lack of
manufactory’s warranty should exist). All
espresso machine prices and sales do not included any
installation and/or training with regards to the any
espresso machine purchased.
All
commercial espresso machines require a professional
espresso machine service company to perform any and
all installations and hookups.
Installation, training, preventive
maintenance plans and extended warranty's may be made
available from espresso RMI Inc, all at addition
costs, please ask for a custom quote for your specific
commercial espresso machine model and installation
site location.
